Support Chat Notification
I am setting up support chat for a client and have it working. The default setup requires my client to be logged into the CMSDesk to receive notifications that an anonymous website user has requested support. Is there a way to have a notification like this on the website itself? I was hoping for a webpart or something? Any suggestions?

Hello,

Unfortunately, Kentico CMS does not feature such functionality. However, you should be able to modify the module and related web parts and custom develop such behaviour. You can find more information about modifying and developing custom modules in our documentation:
