Support Chat Notification
I am setting up support chat for a client and have it working. The default setup requires my client to be logged into the CMSDesk to receive notifications that an anonymous website user has requested support. Is there a way to have a notification like this on the website itself? I was hoping for a webpart or something? Any suggestions?
