New customer here with a license for Kentico CMS Ultimate.

In the client portal I have the option to download either:
* Kentico CMS 7 & EMS
* Kentico CMS 7.0 classic installer for .NET 3.5

Obviously I don't have a license for the EMS which makes me think that isn't the right option, but at the same time I don't want to be limited to .NET 3.5.
Which install file should I be using?

I've got a Windows Server 2012 (64bit), with SQL 2012, IIS 8, and .NET 4.5.
