Public access with content editors
Hi, The company that i work for requires content editors to be able to login and edit pages, and the public be able to view these pages without logging in. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if so, what are the steps involved to make it happen?

Maybe I am missing something but that is how the system functions out of the box. Is there a specific problem you are having or have you not set up a Kentico site yet?

RE:Public access with content editors
Im using and have customized the intranet portal template... i get redirected to a Login screen every time i try to view the site... it must be something specific to the template. Is there anyway i can change it for public access?

RE:Public access with content editors
Hi,

It is because of the secured areas setting. The intranet portal sample site has this setting set on the root document which means all document are inheriting this which means the whole site is a secured area.

Also, the intranet admin guide may help in the future as well as the intranet user's guide.

Best regards,
Juraj Ondrus
