Adding an index to Custom Table
Hi,

How do I add an index to an existing Custom Table? I know this can be done prior to creating it by clicking [x] Content on the field name but what about the xisting one?

RE:Adding an index to Custom Table
Are you talking about creating a Smart Search index or simply modifying the Search fields of a custom table? If you want to modify the Search fields of an existing custom table, select the custom table in question and click the Search Fields.

If you're talking about creating a Smart Search index, go to Administration>Smart Search and add a new Index and add as many Custom Tables to it as you need with a WHERE clause.

Found it - it's the Search Fields that I was looking for (for some reasons I missed the tab)! Thanks, FroggEye!

RE:Adding an index to Custom Table
Hi guys,

Really nice description from FroggEye!

There is also a section related to Custom Tables in the Developers Guide: Editing custom tables.

Best regards,
