RE:shopping cart step by step images not visible
If you check F12 in IE or Firebug in Firefox, you should find the physical location on the disk they should be. If I remember right it should be in App_Themes\<site name>\Images\ShoppingCart. You would have to images or copy images from the E-Commerce or Corporate site and then it should all work for you.
