I would like to set up a page on our local government site where people can click on a link to sign-up for auto-notification when anything new has been added to a page. For example, let's say that John Smith visits a page regarding a legal notice and wants to be noticed, via a provided email address, if the information on that page changes or is added to. Can I create something that does this, and if so, how do I do it?
