Webparts and navigation
I want to create a webpart that displays some data in a univiewer, and gives the user the ability to edit that data and add new data. I'm having a difficult time knowing where to start. Do I create a "viewer" in the modules and then a listing, edit and new control and the viewer dynamically loads those based on what button/links are clicked? And then in my webpart reference the viewer control I created? Kind of lost as I haven't created anything like this before.

RE:Webparts and navigation
Hi,

Not sure whether this is the best way or not - but am sure this will work.

Keep a webpart called Contribution List/Edit Contribution on that page and it will allow the frontend users to edit the data of that document type. It will also allow the user to add new data to your listing.

Cheers

Hi FroggEye,

does the solution from Gitesh work for you? Or are still looking for something else?
