table tags not converting to div tags

I am trying to convert the output from a CMS Tab Control web part to use Div's. I have set the output filter of the web part to All Code Except Blocks with "_nodiv". I also went to CMSSiteManager --> Settings --> System --> Output Filter and have all fields clear and set Convert TABLE tags to DIV tags as All Code Except Blocks with "_nodiv" yet the output is still being put in TABLE tags. Is there something i'm missing?

Member	dford-catapultrpm - 5/9/2013 10:07:14 AM RE:table tags not converting to div tags I saw this before and tried it. It did not work. I ended up using a CSS List Menu and was able to get the same result i was looking for with DIV tags.
