Web Part Control ID Name problem

Hi,
When I change a web part control ID from Web Part Properties pop up window, It still be displayed old name in design page. For example I changed Repeater web part control ID from "repeater" to "RepeaterListingNews". But it still appears "repeater" in design page.

I cleared cache, restarted application, also I cleared Temporary ASP.Net files. But there is no change

I changed Web Part Control ID, but in design tab, the web part displayed the old Web Part Control ID value. And sometimes when I open the property window of web part, Web part control Id set to nothing.

Hi,

unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue.

By default the Web part title property has higher priority, in case it is empty, the control ID is used.

If you click on the Apply button, you need to refresh Design tab to see the changes, but you said that you cleared the cache so you probably did it.

Would it be possible to grant us with an access to your site? We would like to see this behavior (you can send it to support@kentico.com).

In which browser have you noticed the behavior?
