IE 7 Silverlight issue
File upload links do not work in IE 7 when silverlight is not present. It may also effect IE 8 but I was not able to test it. I have updated to the latest hotfix and it still seems to be present.

Hi,

Have you installed the latest Silverlight version also on the client computer where the IE7 is installed? The Silverlight is a client application which has to be installed on the client.
