HtmlEditor WYSIWYG position
This is just a small feature which would make editing large pages easier for users.

When a CMSEditableRegion has a RegionType of HtmlEditor, the WYSIWYG toolbar shows at the top of the screen and that is great. But if you scroll down the page you are editing you loose the bar.
It would be much better if it floated at the top of the frame instead of being fixed.

This feature is already implemented in the 6.0 version of Kentico CMS.

Oh I have just seen it. It is only happening on the Form tab. Why wasn't it set up on the Page tab as well?
There are so many inconsistent features in the system
