I am not sure why you added this under new features, but nevermind :-)

Those two CMSs are open source - so the community is much, much bigger than our Kentico CMS community (however, it is getting bigger and bigger every day :-)).

But, Kentico CMS is also mostly used for commercial projects wheras those two also for low budget or free projects so, many of them are looking for a job or for a freelancer.

However, Kentico offers a free edition too :-) You may also check our forum for job openings. You can find one here developers looking for a job or here companies looking for Kentico developers.
