I recently upgrade a site from 55R2 to 6.0 and it seems like anywhere in Site Manager where the UniGrid is used, the Actions Menu images don't show.
In Event Log I see this error numerous times:
Message: The file '/CMSAdminControls/UI/UniGrid/a.aspx' does not exist.

I've done the upgrade twice in different environments and verified both times that images are in the default path that the UniGrid expects Action images are supposed to be. Has anyone else come across this after an upgrade? Thanks.
