Compared to a fresh install of Kentico 6, a site upgraded from 5.5 R2 is missing many of the reports in On-line marketing.
My question: how can I get the full set of report types in the upgraded site that are available in a fresh Kentico 6 site?
Details are below.
The site license is Ultimate for both the upgraded site and the fresh Kentico 6 Corporate site. When I navigate to CMS Desk > On-line marketing, the page shows 5 widgets.
* Number of visits - last 30 days
* Campaign hits - last 30 days
* Conversions value - last 30 days
* Top 10 landing pages - last 30 days
* Top 10 exit pages - last 30 days
The first 3 are OK in both sites, showing graphs in the Analytics Chart Viewer widget.
The last 2 are broken in the upgraded site. They are Analytics table viewer widgets and show this error text:
[ReportTable.ascx] Error loading the data: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
The widget properties dialog shows the reason: No Table is selected in the dropdown under Table properties.
When I compare to a fresh Kentico 6 Corporate site, those widgets are set to use the "TOP 10 pages" report with different parameters. That report is NOT available in the site upgraded from Kentico 5.5 R2.
When I explore that "Table" dropdown, the fresh Kentico 6 Corporate site has 246 items to select. The upgraded site has only 68 items.
Somehow, when upgraded from Kentico 5.5 R2, the site did not have the full set of Kentico 6 items added.
The database tables are "Reporting_Reports", "Reporting_ReportCategories", etc.
Please advise: how can I add all the missing types of reports (tables, graphs etc.) to the site which was upgraded from Kentico 5.5 R2?
