RE:Disable Page
Hello Ankit,

Probably the easiest and the fastest way is to un-check the option "Show in navigation" via CMS Desk -> Select the "Sale" page in the content tree -> Properties tab -> Navigation.

or at the bottom of Form tab of that document you can set the "Publish to" property for the past date.

Best regards,

RE:Disable Page
Hello Ankit,

In the the workflow process just set the document state to "Archived".

Feel free to take a look into our Developers Guide:
1. Workflow Overview
2. Defining a Workflow - Archived step details

RE:Disable Page
If you're using the PublishToDate you need to specify that in your where clause in your navigation webpart. PublishToDate >= GETDATE().

RE:Disable Page
If you set the Publish To Date on the document, can't you just make sure to have the Select only published: property checked and that will handle it instead of adding the where clause?

RE:Disable Page
Hi,

Yes, you're right... that should be enough and handle it.
