Email Sending Using Email Template
Hello,
In my E-Commerce website we are sending Order Confirmation Email to customer using Kentico`s Email-Template which we use from our code.It is Working fine but Some time like (1 outof 20 ) it is not sending Email. Can anyone help me why is it not working every time.

Hello Ankit,

are there any e-mails in the Queue, check it via CMS Site Manager -> Administration -> Email queue? Or any errors in the Event Log?

And just to clarify... you are sending e-mails through your custom code?

Hello Martin,
No there is not such Error in Event Log but yes in Email queue there are lots of email which are in Waiting Status.

And i am just using Email Template from my code and Passing some Dynamic Data to Email Template which i am given in Macro.

Hi Ankit,

Thanks for the additional information. If you click on the "Resend all" button are the e-mails send-out successfully?
Administrating the e-mail queue.
