SQL Error message during page delete. Latest service pack applied
I'm getting the error message below when I try to delete an page. Can someone help me ?
Failed to delete the document: [DataConnection.HandleError]: Query: DELETE FROM CMS_Tag WHERE TagCount <= 0: caused exception: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_CMS_DocumentTag_TagID_CMS_Tag". The conflict occurred in database "NEICMS", table "dbo.CMS_DocumentTag", column 'TagID'. The statement has been terminated.

It looks like there some incosistency in your database.
Could you please tell me which exact version of Kentico are you running?

6.0.56 (SP1). Just applied the latest Kentico patch because we were getting errors when creating pages initially

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

Are you having such issue only with one document or globally with all of the documents?
Are you running multi-language site?
Could you please check if there is any error in the Event log?
