I have setup a hierarchical viewer. It displays 2 document types, a custom document type called gallery, and a cms.file document type. What I need to do is have the first cms.file in each gallery use one transformation, and the remaining files use a different transformation. So, what I did was create a hierarchical transformation that is comprised of 3 transformations, one for the gallery setup as type "item transformation" and two for cms.file, one for type"item transformation" and one for "first item transformation". This doesn't appear to use the "first item transformation". For all of the transformations, the Level is set to "All". What am I doing wrong, or is this a bug?
