Correct:

For example we have a Product/Service called ABC, there will be 3 different levels available.

ABC - Silver for $10/month (for example they only get email support for product ABC)
ABC - Bronze for $20/month (for example they get email & phone support for product ABC)
ABC - Gold for $30/month (for example they get email, phone & on-site support for product ABC)

A member can purchase/subscribe to a membership for product/service ABC in any particular level, but only one level at any given time. They should be able to downgrade or upgrade levels if they need to (if the pricing can be pro-rated for the remaining month when changed that would be even better).

Hi,

1. For this you will need to develop custom functionality to store the cred card details - Kentico CMS is not storing any information like this and due to security it is up to you to implement this to allow automatic charges.

2. You mean during the membership or just if their membership is about to expire? The user can still purchase to upper or lower level of your membership anytime. I am not sure how exactly you want the behavior to be.
