I have a page with two editable text webparts; one editable region has content with anchors, and the other is a list of links to those anchors.

The Insert link dialog only seems to populate the "Link to existing anchor with name" dropdown box if the anchors are in the same editable text webpart. Shouldn't the list of anchors appear as long as the anchors are on the same page?
