Hi all,

I want to create a form but I want to form in steps... in first steps there will be feew enteries, then user clik on next then next few fields will displayed, similarly in other steps also and in 4th steps the form will be submitted. I also want to display an image of step1,2,3,4 active according the the which step is active.. is it possible,,,

if yes then please let me knwo how can we achieve this...
