RE:ckeditor dose not appear
Hello,
We are using the relative path notation with the '~' sign throughout the system and it's displaying just fine. If you want to replace the ~/ notation with an ../ you can do that by mass replacing it in the stylesheet, if the links to the files are defined within them. You can copy paste the whole stylesheet into an editor, run the replace query and copy paste the result back into the stylesheet. Please backup your data at first.
I've checked our ticket database regarding the ckeditor issue, however I couldn't find any issue involving such an error message. I would recommend you to try to open a page with the ckeditor on it in various browsers to check, if this is a browser related issue. If not, please try to place a ckeditor web part on a clean page, without any other additional web parts and no master page to check, if there is some interference with some web part.
Best regards, Boris Pocatko
