Update utility peoblems
Hi all
The update utility always fails for me.
I think it's because my default culture is "en-GB"

It means I can only update the web, but have to run the SQL manually and update the SQL culture.
Can this be fixed at all.

I am not aware of any problems with the cultures in the upgrade.

Could you please describe the issue better?
What error message are you getting and at which stage of the upgrade process?

Hello,
Sorry bad description on my part. the upgrade gets to 97% on the SQL and then it fails.
I then tried it again manually after restoring my DB and changing the culture to "en-GB" and the SQL ran fine.

The Error is at the SQL part

Hi,

That is strange - I changed the culture settings in one of my 5.5R2 installations to en-GB and executed the upgrade - it was upgraded just fine without any issues.

The must have been also something else causing this issue. Anyway, I am glad you were able to sort this out.
