Webpart Messageboard not sending notifications
Dear Kentico,
we have a section on our website where we constantly put on new pages and some of it have the Message board web part inserted. For this we have to make the page template "ad hoc" before to avoid a number of pages sharing the same message board.
We choose "moderated" and appoint a number of Moderators. In Kentico 5 the moderators received an email whenever a comment was made.
We switched to Kentico 6 now (currently at 6.0.13 I believe) and now the moderators do not receive emails (notifications) anymore.
Any help?

Hi,

could you please check if the message board is still configured as moderated in the Tools - Message boards - Messages - <board> - Boards tab - Moderators and if some moderator is selected there?

Then directly on the message board web part is a property Moderators and check box Moderated. Could you please check if it is checked an moderator is selected?

Is the approval task created in the message board?

Could you please check the Site Manager - Administration - Event log if there is not any related error message related to this (after you create a new post as a public user).

The other e-mails are sent correctly?
