Hi,
I created a smartsearch index with index type "Users", with options as below
Enabled users only: true
Index users from all sites: true
Users in roles: <i selected all the roles available>

I make this index, named as SearchByUser available to my kentico site.
I tested in the search preview by entering an existing username, it can find the user.

Then, I used webpart SearchDialogWithResults and included the SearchByUser index. When I type in the exact username into the search box and click on the search button, I can get the result showing the username which is clickable.

But I click on the username I got 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. message.

Am I missing something? How am I going to search for article/blog post by username??
