Error in importing the new module in kentico website

Hi all,

When I am inporting a new module through site manager it is displaying the following error

Error deleting old temporary files. Original exception:The process cannot access the file 'customtable_customtable_dealerlocatorzipcodes.xml.export' because it is being used by another process.

When I am opening the import page it is displaying the message

Please guide how to solve this

Now the modules are importing,

in few module which i downloaded from market place,

it is showing the following error when importing

Error during temporary files creation. Original exception: [ImportProvider.CreateTemporaryFiles]: Data not found or the package is not a valid export package. (D:\Ajay\NewKenticoProject\App_Data\CMSTemp\ImportExport\Data)

please guid eme how to solve..

Hello,

The export package is a .zip file and if you see the structure inside the package, there should be the Data folder. Inside the Data folder there are some other folders and files. Can you check if you copy a correct .zip package to your installation when you try to import it?

Unless it helps, please tell me the link from the marketplace where you downloaded the module export package.
