Insert user data into newsletter based on who the newsletter is being sent to

Hi,

I'm creating a newsletter, and in it I want to build a dynamic URL based on who I am sending the email to. I.e., I want to put mysite.com/Link.aspx?userguid=xyz&customuserproperty=1.

How can I do this within the newsletter module?

I tried Kentico 5.5 custom macros, but I can't seem to be able to pass the user's email address as a parameter into the custom macro.

How can I do this?
