I am not sure how this is related to Kentico CMS. I suppose you should contact your network administrator, who can help you with your Outlook/Exchange server´s configuration. The Kentico E-mail settings can be found in Site Manager --> Settings --> System --> E-mails --> SMTP server where you can define which email server to use.
