Default to Form Tab view for specified Doc Types
We are training some very novice users and they voiced a desire to have the Form tab defaulted to active when they select a custom doc type in the node tree. They do not want to have to click over from the Page tab.

I am aware that the current tab remains selected as the user moves throughout the tree.

Is this possible?

Hi,

Regrettably, it is not possible to change the way it works and moreover, the content tree is not as easy to modify as it might seem. You would need to customize the content tree menu and change the javascript code that ensures the redirection after a new document has been selected which is quite complicated solution.
