Just wondering if it is possible when creating tasks in the Project tab, the Outlook task is populated too?

Hi,

Could you please be more specific? Do you want to add a task in your Outlook when the Project is added in CMS Desk -> Tools -> Projects?

That’s exactly right.

For example, when adding a task to a project and assign the task to <person_1>, I need to copy this task to <person_1> outlook tasks.

Is this possible? How?

Hello,

I see... this feature is not available out of the box, you will need to implement it.
You can find inspiration in the Event booking system "add to outlook" functionality in
\CMSModules\EventManager\CMSPages\AddToOutlook.aspx.cs

and modify the default UI control at
\CMSModules\ProjectManagement\Controls\UI\ProjectTask\Edit.ascx
