Is there a way to lock down a folder in the media library? What I'm trying to do is, instead of creating multiple media libraries so that I can assign a library to each user, I'd like to create just multiple folders under a single media library and assign a folder each user.

So that UserB cannot traverse into UserA's media.

Can that be set up? If so, how?
