[5.5.0] Pop-up no longer working in webkit-based browsers (Safari and Chrome)

Pop-up such as select roles for a user or select users for document permissions don't seem to work in Safari and Chrome. They still work in Firefox. Safari and Chrome share the same rendering issue, so maybe it's a WebKit specific issue. I already set allow popups for all sites, but still no popup, and no error message either.

Is this a known issue?
