[5.5.0] Changing document type code name does not rename 48x48 icon
I noticed that the document type icons on disk (in ~/App_Themes/Default) are renamed when the document type code name changes. But only the 16x16 icons, not the 48x48 icons.

This is bug in current version. I've passed that to our developers and it should be fixed in next hotfix.
