I'm running into an issue I've never seen before: when publishing a newsletter, I check in and publish as usual and I get a "workflow:published" message.

However, when I go to the Properties page, after published it says "NO" and I cannot view the page unless in preview mode.

How can I resolve this so my page publishes?
