Hi,

One of our clients websites that recently launched are having issues with editing content on sub pages.

When they click the sub page of an area it won't let them edit. I gave them the global admin account to see if it was a permissions issue but they still couldn't edit the page.

An example of the page structure is:

Home
Retail
Envoy
Cans

When the client clicks on 'Cans' the editor isn't displaying. I've experienced this before and I simply click the 'page' tab above the editor and it reloads the current page I am on and loads the editor.

So I told the client to do this and it took them back to the 'Retail' page level.

She is using the same version of IE8 as me 8.0.6001.18702 and I can't replicate the issue.

So to recap it's not an issue with the user account as I gave her my account to test it in. It's not IE8 as we're using the same version. Obviously it could be a number of things but I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else is experiencing this and know what it is.
