Import toolkit 5.5 iprofile xml mapping node order alphabetically
I'd like to see the <mapping> nodes from the .iprofile files in alphabetical order. It'd make it a bit easier to locate nodes and to compare to the Step 6 'Column mappings' form of the tool.
