I am looking for the functionality where general users are restricted from any specific page.

I am working on the gridview data source which is working fine as it's population data in the gridview and shows data from the external (oracle) database(user control webpart). But now I would also like to give certain user edit permission on the page where they can modify the form data. I would like only those who are in the cms users list and are with windows authentication mode.
