Hello.

According to fact that you are looking for menu bar in Properties / Menu section, I guess you don't have much experience with Kentico CMS, or ASPX templates development model. So, I believe you could get familiar with basic principles of how it works. There is an ASPX tutorial file, which could help you in this goal. Please find it here.

Please note, given "menu" control is placed in some aspx page template, and you can use typically Visual Studio for working with these templates, as a part of Kentico project folder.
