Newsletter Signup
Hi,
How could I set-up a newsletter signup form that would allow people to select the topics of their interest?
The format would be as follows:

email: [Email Field]
[ ] Topic 1 Checkbox
[ ] Topic 2 Checkbox
[ ] Topic 3 Checkbox
[ ] Topic 4 Checkbox
[Submit]

I guess my questions is if there is some type of categorization for newsletter signup.

Hello,

You can use Newsletter subscription web part with 'Newsletter name' property set to '(let the user choose') option.

is it possible to choose what the user can see?
I have 3 different newsletter, but only 2 are supposed to be vissible for customers.

Hi Merete,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately this not possible without customizing of the webpart. In your case I recommend to put 2 newsletters subscriptions webpart next to each other so that user can choose to which one he will subscribe.
