No, it is not possible since the linked documents are two records in CMS_Document table but they are sharing one record in CMS_Tree table. Basically, they are still one node and therefore they have the same page template. Also, the meaning of linked documents is to have exactly the same document elsewhere in the tree. If you need to change the document, create a copy of it.
