Hi,
Can you please give me a great idea for showing Featured links.

I created my own doctype some thing like file doctype. And I need to provide option to show one link or two links on home page.

And admin user can change Featured links at any time.

For this, I have an idea, but not interested:-
Create folder and add linked doc in side that node and show using repeater. But every time admin user need to delete the old child node and create new linked doc for new featured link. But, I don't want to full my database by creating new nodes.


Another idea:-
Planing to create one more Doctype with Document/page selector as input option. So, admin user will select the Doctype every time on form tab.

Please suggest me with best idea, Thanks in advance.
