when we are creating a new site at that time we saw corporate site and corporate site aspx template. what is the difference between them?

Hello,

These two sites represent the two possible approaches for developing websites in Kentico. There is the ASPX approach and the Portal engine approach. The portal engine approach is more user friendly and the ASPX approach is for someone, who already did some work in Visual Studio. For a complete comparision please see the following blog post.
