Hi,

I've added a language selection web part. the culture i'm using is hong kong chinese and default english.

i've created a culture document of all pages. In IE 8, translation a document is perfect works all the time. however, i found out in firefox (any version) and IE 9 that you can only translate a document once. meaning, when you are in english document and you switch to chinese, works well. when you switch back to english, doesn't work. vice versa, switching back to visitor's default language doesn't work also.

please help...

Hi,

could you please tell me what version/hotfix of Kentico CMS you are using?
Have you customized the language selector web part or something else in the system?
Would it be possible to provide us a link to your web site so I could try to reproduce the issue. Unfortunately, in my environment switching between English and Chinese culture worked fine so I was not able to reproduce the issue.

for this we are using a trial version, v5.5.3996 R2 and unfortunately it's not publicly available.

we did not customized it, we just add the webpart to the template.

P.S. In case that Document URL path is set in properties of document please add following key to your web.config file:
<add key="CMSUseCultureForBestPageInfoResult" value="true" />
