Are web templates for Kentico 4.0 found in Marketplace compatible with 5.0?

Hello.

I have tested it for these randomly selected 4.0 web site templates:
Blue Square Shadow
.NET User Groups Template
Green Glass
Zen Like

All can be imported into 5.0 with no problem.
