Member maintainence with custom membership provider
I havn't looked into the Kentico authentication provider very much but does anyone know if you use a custom membership provider can you still manage your member details through the Kentico GUI. e.g. reset passwords... modify roles etc and have the external DB also update.

Hello,


if you authenticate against the external database and create external users (Is external user is true) you cannot change the password. Kentico CMS may not change the external database. However, you could develop a custom functionality which would change data on the external database directly.
