I am using Windows Live Writer to post a blog entry which includes an image. WLW posts the blog correctly, but the image does not render. The path of the image in the blog post is

http://cmspages/GetFile.aspx?guid=cc92bd8d-2708-472d-a46b-1bd628022446

The domain of the site is missing. Selecting Properties for the Blog Post, the document correctly shows the image attachments.

I tried the same steps using localhost and it works correctly.

http:/localhost/cmspages/GetFile.aspx?guid=cc92bd8d-2708-472d-a46b-1bd628022446

The transform for both blogs are the same. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello,

What blog web address have you set it that first case? Have you inserted whole URL or just relative one?

Could you please provide us with exact settings (well, excluding user password :-) described in the blog account registering article?
