Hi,
If you're still experiencing the issue, we would recommend to focus on finding any configuration differences between the local server and production server. Comapre IIS settings, extensionless URLs configuration, check the Event logs if there is any clue... Then you could check the filesystem permissions and Analytics processing scheduled tasks, if everything is okay. There were also some related bugs fixed (e.g. with extensionless urls), so we can recommend applying the latest hotfix for 5.5 R2.
