Hi Vincent

The custom registration form uses something called 'Alternative Forms' That particular one is located within the CMSSiteManager > Development > System Tables > Users >Alternative Forms > Registration forms.

You can either amend the layout here under the 'Layout' tab, or create a new 'Alternative form' and then specify it within the webpart property field 'Alternative form'
