Insert media goes to blank page
When we go to insert media/images in our 5.5 install, it goes to a blank page. No error messages. Any ideas?

I've noticed I get the same thing when inserting a hyperlink.

Hi,

Does this happen for every document or only for some of them?
Are there any javascript errors (e.g. in IE)?
Have you tried different browsers?
Have you applied any hotfixes or the latest one?

It has done it on several pages. I just tried it with IE and it does it with all three that I have tried. You can see it load the window and then it goes away. One other thing I found was a problem with some custom documents. I cannot delete them as it says the document is no longer there but yet it showed until I deleted the folder. CMS is at v5.5.3789.

Hi,

Could you please apply latest hotfix for 5.5 version (http://devnet.kentico.com/Bugtracker.aspx). Regrettably, there were some bugs in dialogs in this version which were already fixed in the hotfixes. I am sorry for this inconvenience.

Regarding deleting custom document types - are you able to reproduce the issue again? What was special on this document type? Could you please describe us exact steps from creating the document type to its deletion so we can reproduce this issue?
