I'd like to set up a Kentico page as a 'User-isolated File Manager'. Here's what I'd like it to do:

1 - Each user can upload, list and download files.
2 - Each user's files are isolated from the other user's files - they can't see each other's files.
3 - The administrators should be able to see everyone's files and upload, list and download files themselves.

In browsing the Web Part library, there are a few Web Parts that may be useful, the File system data source, the media files data source, the media file uploader and the media gallery file list.
